What is the eligibility criteria for withdrawal of PF? One of our employees has completed 4 years. Is he eligible for a partial PF withdrawal for house renovation? Kindly provide clarification.

In order to get advance (part withdrawal) for construction/renovation of house heshould have completed at least 5 years as a member of PF.
