Navigating a Career Transition from Legal to HR Department in the Banking Sector

Dear seniors.. Present i am working banking sector in legal department since 6 yrs but i have done mba with hr specialization. is it helpful hrd department? pls give me sugestions. subramanyam

Always note that HR and Legal go together in most aspects, as compliance with statutory enactments is handled by the legal department with the assistance of the HR department. This collaboration should prove to be quite useful.
