I would like to ask how we can do a massive hiring in a short time for an upcoming project. If you participate in this discussion, that would be helpful for many. What can be the other options except adverts, references, campus hiring, and LinkedIn hunting?

The list mentioned by you, like ads, reference, campus, and sourcing through portals, are the only ones for recruiting. Maybe you can try issuing flyers similar to advertisements. Quick hiring depends on the type of profiles required, consultant or your recruitment team (strength) support, project type, etc. If you compromise on specifications like experience, exposure, type of industry, etc., maybe you can hire quickly. Even for a single recruitment, if specifications are clear and skilled personnel are required, it takes more than the offered/standard time in recruitment. Therefore, massive hiring can always be a big challenge.

Thanks Venkata. I guess for the project of engineering related field the best way to recruit massively is campus hunting. As we can find good freshers there who need kick up start.
