As I have experienced truth from the operator level to the General Manager category, nobody gives a guarantee when they leave a job in the organization. If the management is not satisfied with an employee, they may provide minimal or no increment. Employees may have to leave the organization by preparing a resume for better opportunities and career growth. Therefore, the conclusion of the subject is "Work is permanent and a job is temporary." Indian employees are commercial.

In Japan, no hike will be given if an employee resigns and gets placed in another company. Japanese employees are professionals.

Dear Sir,

I request you to understand that no employer is ready to lose even a single employee as it is going to be a very costly affair with respect to replacement, the training part, and specifically the process/product part. It is the organizational culture and ethics of the employee.

I hope you have not seen the bigger world. In India, and in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana, there are "N" number of companies where employees have been working for more than 20 years in the same company.

In streamlining such processes, the HR role is very critical. If HR does not address the frequent job changers, then employees may not be willing to leave organizations frequently for salary hikes and higher positions.

Thanks and regards,

Kameswararao
