I have started my job as an HR Executive in an Incubation Center. It provides a platform for all the startups to utilize their skills and abilities. I have a question for all the HR professionals: in this company, I am the only HR. Many times, I don't understand how to tackle certain situations. Please help me understand how to utilize my skills for the company's benefit and for my future growth. I also want to learn more about HR from a corporate perspective. Please, help me find a progressive path in this situation.

What is your basic qualification? I am sure you have done some course in HR before joining a company in the HR department. Are you the first HR in the startup company? Please provide a question with more details. However, one thing that is noticeable is that your query has many grammatical errors, and sentence construction is very poor. First, there must be an existing HR system in the company. Study it properly and then try to improve on it after learning the ins and outs of the existing system. There is a lot of information on the net about HR, and you are also doing a PGDBM. Keep reading, and you will learn. Ask specific queries on forums like this. You will get answers, food for thought, and references that will help you learn more. Effort is required, a positive, friendly attitude towards people. To improve communication, read basic grammar books - Wren and Martin, for example. Read newspapers, HR magazines, and try to speak in English for improvement.
