Dear all,
My past employer is not ready to sign the PF withdrawal form, and I left the job because the Director, who mostly uses bad language with everyone, including me. At that time, I resigned via email with a notice period of 15 days, but they did not accept it. As per company rules, one month's salary is on hold, along with half-month salary and leave encashment. Can anyone provide guidance on what steps I can take?
Thanks

It is in your interest to get all dues from the company, such as handing over responsibilities, knowledge transfer, and leaving the company. PF can be managed through an outside agency or other sources, if necessary. However, salary and leave encashment matters are internal processes. Please pursue this in good faith. If unsure about the duration of your employment there, the last resort is to approach the labor court and provide them with your version of the story in writing. The labor court will then take up the case on your behalf. Hope this helps.
