If your standing orders are certified then you can take them as an Company/Management Trainee but not as an Apprentices.

The Apprentices Act deals with training in various trades specified therein. I do not think student interns are in a different class altogether who do their internship as part of their academic curriculum to have exposure to managerial skills.
