Dear All,

Presently, we have two signatories in EPFO. One is the Managing Director, and the other is the CFO. Now, our Managing Director has resigned, and the CFO has become one of the Directors. Please tell me the procedures to be followed to make the following changes in EPFO:

1. Remove the name of the Managing Director.
2. Change the designation of the CFO to Director.
3. Add another Director.

Request for a board resolution for the changes. Accept the resignation and authorize another for specific signing activity. With the expert copy of the resolution (duly attested by the company secretary) forward to the RPF commissioner's office with a cover note.
