Hi all,

I've applied for my PF last week through online. The PF claim status now shows as settled, and the amount has been transferred through NEFT on 5th January 2018. However, the amount has not been received in my bank account. Can you please tell me how much time it takes for PF clearance in a scenario where the amount has already been sent?

Dear Arjin,

Please note, PF mentioned settled & Amount is transferred through NEFT only after the actual transfer of the funds. Thus, please log in to your account and see which bank account details you have mentioned and linked to your UAN number. If it is different, then you need to check and verify that account or check with your local PF office for the status.

I raised the online PF claim on July 18th, and it moved to under process. Later, I checked the status using this link (https://passbook.epfindia.gov.in/MemClaimStatusUAN/) where one of my claims shows as settled, but there is no dispatch date, dispatch amount, or NEFT transfer initiated. The other claim status shows N/A. However, in my passbook, it shows that the amount has been withdrawn. Can someone help me with this?

Hi Team,

This email is related to the EPF issue for which I have applied for an advance. However, it has been updated that the amount has been settled and credited to my bank account. I have been waiting for this amount for almost 30 days. I have also reached out to the Grievance Team, and they have advised me to contact the jurisdiction of the Kandivali Office.
