I have joined an 'X' MNC as a fresher and signed a service agreement for 2 years. After undergoing training for 1 month, I left the company due to a better offer. Could I face any legal issues from the 'X' company?

What are the wordings in your service agreement regarding incomplete training and exit? X company can sue you for breach of agreement and recover the cost of training and other damages as per the service agreement. For better advice, put the agreement in the forum for correct advice.

Dear Sir,

Can we escape statutory compliance by implementing a service agreement? Employees are requesting higher take-home pay. The charges imposed by NEEM (NEESA) agents are excessively high, leading to concerns about not meeting statutory compliance requirements.

Thanks,
Mili
