If the same KYC of an individual is uploaded multiple times, the UAN member portal does not allow one to withdraw PF. The following error occurs: "Multiple member-ids found linked to your UAN. Kindly transfer all to the current member-id before proceeding."
Is there any way to delete approved KYC either from the employee login or the employer login? For example, if an Aadhar number is approved twice.

To resolve the issue of multiple member-IDs linked to a UAN due to duplicate KYC, the process of deleting approved KYC can be initiated. However, the functionality to delete approved KYC is not available on either the employee or employer login portals of the UAN member portal. In such cases, the individual should directly contact the EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organisation) helpdesk or visit the nearest EPFO office to request the deletion of the duplicate Aadhar number from the approved KYC. The EPFO officials will guide on the necessary steps to rectify the issue and ensure that the correct member-ID is linked to the UAN for seamless PF withdrawal and other related transactions.
