I would like to know the maximum gratuity payable under the Gratuity Act.

Another query: what is the quantum of medical bonus admissible to a female employee under the Maternity Benefit Act?

Maximum Amount of Gratuity payable under The payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 is Rs10 Lakhs, Medical Bonus is Rs5,000/-
