Hi,
I am currently pursuing my MBA in HR, and I have recently completed my summer internship. The project assigned to me was "Judging the efficiency of different sources of recruitment." I am seeking assistance in creating a questionnaire focused on online portals that individuals use or do not use. For instance, if someone exclusively uses naukri.com and no other online platforms, I aim to develop questions exploring the reasons behind this choice. Why do they solely rely on naukri.com and not consider other portals? I am looking to include only open-ended questions in the questionnaire.
Any suggestions on how to structure such questions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Srishti,
The best way to go about it is to design a questionnaire yourself, attach it to your post, and then seek help to improve upon it. Whom will you send the questionnaire to, or will you just be posting it here?
