My major concern is regarding the Privilege Leave (PL)/Earned Leave for a new joiner in an organization. For example: If an employee, X, joins a company on 01-01-2017, how many Privilege Leave days will be available for him at the end of the year?

As per Kerala Shops & Establishment Act the employees are eligible for the following leaves: Privilege Leave : 12 days per annum. Casual Leave : 12 days per annum. Sick Leave : 12 days per annum.
