A nice PPT... You really emphasized the concepts of empathy, timely decisions, and motivation that should be there within a leader, with simple examples making the concepts easy to understand. It really motivates me to do my best and remember the important mantra... NEVER GIVE UP.

Very good post, Mr. Yogesh Pahuja. Victory is sweet when the underdog tag is proved wrong. Yes, there are plenty of lessons in the offing to take from such victories. Samson and Goliath - from the mythical times. In cricket, Kapil's Devils dethroned the mighty West Indians in 1983. They all bring back many learnings along with victories.
