If you just send a two-line email asking to do an industry project, then they will just hit the delete button. You have to offer them something in return regarding this project. Identify a need, improve a process, etc. Make it worth their while to help you, as it will help them.

Here, my question is: one type of people have better knowledge compared to aptitude ability and other tests. They are talented based on technical skills. However, every HR gives importance to getting marks on the interview panel, such as in written and oral tests. Why should they do this? I think they select people based on the marks scored in the aptitude test. Aptitude is not as important as knowledge.
