As already doing some simple steps to get industry, that is to identified H.R email.id and sent message directly to the H.R. but I had more failuture what I can do for that.

First of all, discuss this with your professor/tutor and seek their guidance on the steps to be taken. They will have industry contacts who may be able to help.
Secondly, just sending an email to someone is not going to be very successful, as you have found out. You need to do your research on the types of industry you are interested in for a start. Secondly, you need to construct a letter setting out what you want to achieve with this and seek their assistance, or at least some suggestions as to what you might do.
If you just send a two-line email asking to do an industry project, then they will just hit the delete button. You have to offer them something in return regarding this project. Identify a need, improve a process, etc. Make it worth their while to help you, as it will help them.

Here, my question is: one type of people have better knowledge compared to aptitude ability and other tests. They are talented based on technical skills. However, every HR gives importance to getting marks on the interview panel, such as in written and oral tests. Why should they do this? I think they select people based on the marks scored in the aptitude test. Aptitude is not as important as knowledge.
