After completion of your professional qualification, at least you must stay three years in the same company. Manufacturing HR is an ideal place to learn. I would suggest you stay back, learn, and share your knowledge with others instead of jumping too often, which could affect your career.

A job change is one option. However, it does not guarantee that you will be engaged in higher-level HR activities. If your management is supportive, you may also undertake HR interventions within the current company.
