If Any Employee Want to Exemption from PF what is the process rules and regulation If One emp have PF acccount and now he want Exemption if it is possible

If his basic pay is less than 15k and the employee strength of the company is more than 20, no exemption can be availed if he is once covered under the act.

If his basic pay exceeds more than 15k, the employer's contribution can be paid for a minimum of 15k.
