Hi all,
I have finished creating a Code of Conduct policy for my company, which is in the software business. After completing the document, I began to question whether Internet access, smoking, personal calls, etc., fall under this policy. The policy I have created has a generalized focus on protecting the interests of the organization and avoiding conflicts among staff.
Please share your opinions if anyone has thoughts on this matter.
Thank you.

Hi Srivalli,
Internet access, smoking, personal calls, abusive mails, power consumption (switch off electricity), etc., will definitely come under this policy. Could you please send me your policy so that the same may be useful for us? If any changes are required, I will get back to you.
Thanks,
Sachin Dhavale
