I worked in a company from 2005 to 2010, approximately 5.5 years. That organization offered me a superannuation scheme. When I left the job, I withdrew 50% of the amount from that fund, and the balance provided me with a pension since then.
Please suggest, can I benefit from this Supreme Court ruling for pensions? If yes, then how can I access it?
