Hi,
It depends on the modules that you complete. It would be better to start by completing two to three sub-modules initially, such as payroll, performance management, and training. This will help in beginning as a generalist with the USER profile, and one may progress to a superuser with practice and experience. Sub-modules such as recruitment can then be considered. Usually, organizations retrain the module users with refresher/update versions.

Dear Shivani,
SAP is a tool for performing tasks. I would suggest first completing your master's degree and gaining practical knowledge of HR activities on the ground. Once you go through the basic and core HR activities, this will advance your career at a faster pace.
Because SAP will help you accomplish your HR job systematically (due to the software's advantages), preventing duplication of work in various areas. However, you can only take advantage of this in a company that uses SAP modules.
SAP is a significant working tool specifically designed to streamline and align various reporting systems (Finance, HR, Production, Marketing, etc.).
Having practical knowledge will assist you in building your career in any company. Currently, there are various software and payroll packages in use, so companies are utilizing them. Basic knowledge is a must for everyone.
I hope you like the suggestion. I look forward to your feedback in the near future.
