Hi, Dear All,

Please help me with the Labour Welfare Fund. For a Gross Salary below 3000/-, the Employee contribution is Rs. 6/- and the Employer contribution is Rs. 18/-, totaling Rs. 24/-. For Gross Salary above 3000/-, the Employee contribution is Rs. 12/- and the Employer contribution is Rs. 36/-, totaling Rs. 48/-.

Is this correct for Maharashtra? Please reply.

In the attached file, the following updates need to be made:

- LWF for the following states:
- Tamil Nadu - 7 & 14 (employee & employer) respectively
- Kerala - 20 & 20 (employee & employer) respectively

I would also like to request the LWF Act for Goa. Could someone please send me a copy of the act?

Is educational Institute applicable for Labour welfare fund deductions in Haryana?

As per the XLS sheet, the Goa Labour Welfare Fund Employee Contribution is Rs. 30, and the employer contribution is Rs. 90. However, this has changed with effect from August 1, 2015, as follows:

Employee contribution is now Rs. 60, and employer contribution is Rs. 180 per six months.

Please verify whether this information is correct or incorrect.
