Now the employee can withdraw the PF without the attestation of their previous employer. The new amendment was released by EPFO on 1st December 2015. Please find attached the new PF forms linked to the UAN Number.
Employees have to activate their UAN Number and link their Aadhaar and bank account numbers to the UAN Number to withdraw PF directly without the employer's signature.

Now, in recent follow-up, they say that withdrawal is possible only when one reaches 58 years of age. Is it so? That seems too far away, and my need is now. Please help me with how I need to go about this.

When applying using form 10c, it is not accepted in the UAN portal, showing that my service is more than 9.5 years. How can I apply for the certificate? Do I need to send a hard copy of form 10c?
