We are Gujarat State, India-based Electrical Contractors. I also faced this problem when I newly joined. I was not even aware of the basics of HR as I am an ex-bank employee. I was about 50 years old when I joined this company, which is basically a proprietary concern with a place of business in Gujarat State, India.
The attached formats, frankly speaking, were not prepared by me, but they helped a lot while drafting job descriptions for particular designations. I have used these basic job descriptions for appointing various personnel in the organization, of course, by making necessary and adoptable, suitable, and acceptable changes to them. You may utilize these formats as per your requirements, depending on the size, environment, strategy, and financial position of your organization.
PLEASE ALSO MAKE NECESSARY ADDITIONS/DELETIONS AS PER THE PREVAILING APPLICABLE LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY.

Our company is an Electrical & Mechanical Engineering company established with the vision to excel in the area of supply, installation, maintenance, and testing of high and low voltage electrical and electro-mechanical equipment.
