UAN Number Mistake by RPFC: How Can We Correct It Without Hassle?


In our organization, the UAN number of one employee has been wrongly updated by RPFC. Could someone help me with how to correct it? What is the process to correct the UAN number? Should that employee personally have to come to the PF office?

You can send a request letter with the proper id proofs of that member and submit to the regional office of EPFO. They will change it as per your request. Member is not required to go to EPF office.
