Please accept my congratulations on receiving a certificate from a delighted customer. I still recall a very good thread started by you some time in last November. The topic was the same "Increasing productivity through a positive attitude." There was plenty of interaction and knowledge sharing in that thread. However, I wish to bring a small detail to your notice. The certificate is dated 5 April 2015, whereas the program date has been given as 24 March 2014. If the date and day are correct, that is, 24 March, a Tuesday, then it has to be the year 2015. I am sure you would like to set the records straight.
