I am a teacher employed by a Trust. After providing 23 years of service, they terminated me on 31.03.15 without any written notice. There are a total of 27 teachers working, and my PF has been deducted since 1999. I wish to continue my service. Therefore, I kindly request all of you to suggest what steps I can take now. If they offer me a full and final settlement, please advise me on how to claim it from them.

Tell the forum the entire story/episode, whether written or verbal. What went wrong that led to your termination after 23 years of service? Without knowing the entire incident, it will be difficult to provide any viewpoint.

You need to provide more information about your employment, such as any written appointment letter, terms and conditions, and reasons for termination. Based on the information you have shared, members of this forum may be able to offer guidance.
From the limited details you have provided, it seems that the termination may be incorrect and could potentially be legally challenged. You may consider reaching out to the District Education Officer for intervention.

You also need to tell if it was an aided school run by the trust or if it was a private school. Here, the rules are different. Also, let us know the terms and conditions in your appointment order, and were you on a contract basis? Also, that your contract is not renewed as of now.

You appear to have worked in Delhi. If your school is a recognized school under the Delhi School Education Act, then you should not accept full and final settlement; rather, challenge the illegal termination. If it is a non-recognized school and covered under the Delhi Shops and Establishment Act, then you will be entitled to only one month's wages under this Act.
