I am new to HR and need some help. I have to set up the systems for the HR department of a company manufacturing batteries in Himachal Pradesh. Can you please tell me the list of systems that will be required immediately for compliance, and if there is any book or site, etc., that I can refer to for creating the same?
Also, if it were to be outsourced to a consultant, approximately how much will it cost?
