Dear Rahul,
The issuance of a show cause notice is an internal matter for your company. Without understanding the complete facts of the case, it is challenging to provide suggestions. A show cause notice is typically issued by the HR department once the management is convinced of employee misconduct. What exactly transpired in this situation? It is usually HR's responsibility to issue such notices, so why is HR now receiving the show cause notice? Please furnish all relevant information.
Thanks,

Hi,
It seems the Technical GM of the company has issued a Show Cause Notice to the HR Manager, but on what grounds? Though it may be a confidential matter, when you seek advice from the members, you have to reveal the facts rather than hiding, so that members will get an idea of the situation and suggest a reply.

Queries of such sorts are becoming common these days in this forum. Unable to understand how members in the HR department can be so lackadaisical while posting messages in the forum. Certainly, I feel that among the present-day HR team, the quality is taking a dip. Sorry to say this, but it is a fact. Without letting us know the issues related to a Show cause notice, how can anyone advise responses? Does Rahul know what a Show cause notice is and what its implications are in terms of employee grievances, discipline, inquiry, or simply throwing the hat in the dark?
