Dear Sir,
I have one query. We have company's mobile phones and company's numbers assigned to certain staff members. However, one of our employees refused to use the company's number and instead used her personal number in the company's mobile phone. All bills are coming in our company's name, including hers. Now that she has resigned after working for 7 years, she wants her number back. In this scenario, who is the rightful owner of the number? Please advise me.
