I have some queries regarding PF and ESI:
In PF -
Is Form 9 compulsory to submit in the department since they are asking? They mentioned that unless the form is submitted, the digital signature cannot be uploaded, and claims will not be settled.
In ESI -
Is the half-yearly return still mandatory? Should any annual information file be submitted to the department? Is any register required to be maintained for ESI?
