I have a PF-related issue with my employer. I am working in Bangalore, but the PF trust is located in Noida. I want to initiate legal proceedings against my company. Is there a PF tribunal court in Karnataka where I can start my legal proceedings?

You are going directly to TRIBUNAL?
If the issue is that your previous employer (I hope by employer you mean the previous employer located in Noida) is an exempted establishment (since you have stated that PF Trust is in Noida) and is not transferring the amount to your present PF account, naturally you can take the matter to the Asst. PF Commissioner, Noida SRO, or if required, the Regional PF Commissioner and wait for the results. Anyway, without knowing the exact grievance, I don't think that anybody would be able to help you through this forum.
