Is there any amendment with reference to adoption leave in the Maternity Benfits Act ? . Central Govr employees are allowed adoption leave but private sector employess are not allowed? Any body can guide on this issue?

Its as per discretion of the employer, If they deem fit its allowed otherwise as per Meternity Act..nothing is mentioned of such kind.
