I have a query about bonus calculation. If any employee's fixed basic is Rs. 5000 per month, then I have calculated as shown below:
Month Fixed Basic Attendance Basic as per attendance Basic For Bonus Bonus 8.33%
May 5000 26 5000 3500 292
June 5000 15 2885 2885 240
However, some companies calculate the bonus differently for June:
Bonus => July => (3500/26) x 15 (attendance) = 2019 * 8.33% = 168
Which one is the correct calculation for the June month bonus?
