I have just left my previous organization and I would like to withdraw my PF amount. The HR of my previous organization told me I can only withdraw my PF amount after completion of 2 months from my relieving. Is that true? Do I need to wait for a 2-month period to be eligible to get my PF?

That is a PF rule, and the logic behind it is that the employees are no longer employed with any employer for two months because withdrawal is exempted in continuous employment.
