Suppose A and B are the two units of the same organization and A merged into B. This information has been given by the organization to their workers; there are no changes in terms and conditions of the company. However, the organization created a new P.F. account only for 'A' organization workers, and the old P.F. account has been closed for 8 months.

1. What will be the case?
2. Is it possible to withdraw? If yes, give details.

Dear Sir,

Employees of Organization A who were merged into Organization B and are currently working in Organization A can apply for the transfer of their P.F. accounts from A to B.

Employees who have left Organization A and are not employed in Organization B can apply for the withdrawal of their PF amount.
