Dear Seniors, I've put around 100 hours of work into building and delivering that presentation as the core material of a seminar on 5th Oct. The integrated paperwork to elaborate on slide 40 "...exercise relationship responsibility" is also attached. The grid from slide 24 to 35 is further explained as an interview method (or to be precise, "a stress interview").
