Hi all,

I want to know if an employee is working with the organization where the employee was on sabbatical leave for a particular time frame, and after the employee rejoins and plans to leave after a couple of months or maybe years, do we produce two experience letters or one?

You may give only one certificate in which you can specify the sabbatical leave period. Varghese Mathew

One needs to produce only one experience letter; the subsequent or the latest one. I think you are referring to the one which may have been given to you earlier, before proceeding on Sabbatical leave.

Well, there’s no way of giving two exp letter/certificate, you just prepare one and mention all the details in the same.
