Good compilation, but please correct the following:
- The AP Shop Act does not prescribe any number of employees for applicability. It shall be applicable to all establishments or shops irrespective of the number of employees.
- In the CLRA Act in Andhra Pradesh, in the case of IT & ITES, the state government is the appropriate authority. It shall be applicable to establishments employing 5 workers instead of 20.
- The Payment of Wages Act shall be applicable to employees with a monthly salary of Rs 18,000/- instead of Rs 10,000/-.
