Incentive Payments and ESIC: Do We Need to Include Them in Our Obligations?

We are paying incentive other than salary base on monthly performance, Do we required to pay ESIC on such incentive payment ???

If it is monlthly & sjhown on Salary Slip then Yes. If it shown on Pay Slip but paid at the interval more than 02 months then No....
