Dear All,

Please see the attachment on the Candidate's FIRST DAY IN THEIR FIRST JOB PowerPoint presentation (in Telugu Language).

The concept is about how to behave on the First Day of the job. The candidate prepares a good CV, faces the interview, and secures a job based on their abilities. However, it is not enough to just get the job; how one handles situations and demonstrates initiative is crucial after joining. This presentation aims to clarify some doubts and be useful for INDUCTION & ORIENTATION programs for HR professionals.

PBS KUMAR

Dear Couvery Ji,

Certainly, your view is correct, but this type of PowerPoint presentations are increasingly available on the web in the English language. If any of our HR friends are interested in translating them into their mother tongue, it will be very easy to understand. As you are aware, if we can comprehend such content in our own language, it will be easier to retain in our minds. While other languages may be understandable, it is not as effective. Hindi being our National Language, it would be beneficial if someone could translate such interpretations into Hindi for presentation in classes or training programs.

Dear Kumar ji,

Your intention is exactly correct. Telugu lyric PPT is very useful and understandable to everybody in Andhra Pradesh. In every state, the concerned state government advises everybody to display statutory implications in their regional language. Why? Because everybody can easily learn and be aware of all the things. Regional language PPTs are very useful and serve as a great motivational factor for everybody.

Thanks for sharing a very good Telugu PPT and providing us with valuable information.

Thanks, Rajesh.K Human Resources Adani Wilmar Limited.
