As a casual worker, you are required. It's not compulsory for PF & ESIC because it's not applicable to company on-roll workers; it only applies to on-roll workers of the company.

Dear Sir,

Please clarify once more regarding the classification of intake into the organization. I am working in a company on a purely contractual basis for six months and it has been renewed four times. I do not have any PF or ESI deductions. Would I get any benefits if I am asked for retrenchment? Please advise.

dear if u required casual workers than contact to labour contractors who fulfill ur req. & for that casual worker its not compulsory for PF & ESIC part ...........
