Dear Sir,

I have gone through your posting, and it's truly wonderful. I personally appreciate you for sharing such valuable information. Regarding your remarks, I am confident that many of us understand your feelings and recognize the effort it takes to compile and share such valuable information.

However, writing such a harsh statement just to gauge how many people realize and care about your efforts is not expected from an experienced, senior, and sensible HR Professional. Making these kinds of statements clearly reflects a narrow and negative attitude hidden within an individual. As an experienced professional, I hope you will sincerely refrain from using such rude words in the future and work on changing this negative attitude.

Regards,
Mohammed Ibrahim

Hi Octavious,

You have given a wonderful update on several interesting facts and popular practices in HR. As rightly stated by you, not many would practice information sharing as you do. However, having said that, I personally believe that the more you share, the more you achieve in multifolds.

Good work, buddy, and all the very best to you!

Regards,
Sapna

Dear Octavious,

You have done a wonderful job of compilation and sharing it with all of us. This is really a nice effort, and I am heartily wishing you all the very best! Don't forget, this is also a quality of an HR manager to be calm and cool. Sometimes people take advantage of you, but sooner or later, you will definitely benefit from all this. Today, for the first time, I am seeing all your sharing. I must say thanks from all those who have downloaded your attachments. And one more thing, your name is a bit unique... Octavious! Good job, keep it up buddy!

Kind regards, [Your Name]

Dear Octavious,

We are indeed thankful for your posts, which are actually helpful. However, as Mr. Peer has rightly said, we should not expect or demand... Anyways, we are thankful to you.

But there is a sincere request: please be sure not to write everything in bold. That is somewhat rude, isn't it, sir?

Regards,

Thanks, Octavious. I like your posts and I want to let you know that I try reading all your posts. They are very informative and practical in their approach.

However, I am still trying to understand this PPT as, like many others, I am trying to look at it from an HR perspective. From a business perspective, I somehow grasp it, which apparently seems more useful for Marketing.

Thanks again.

I would still believe in "Neki kar dariya me daal". I would never make someone realize the good things I did for him/her. An effort, if acknowledged, is very good, but to demand something lessens its gravity! An effort done only to be acknowledged and appreciated doesn't have the same value at all. The fact that people downloaded it is, in itself, an appreciation or so I would like to think.

By the way, thanks for this, Octavious! This is my view!
