Dear Sumati,
You need to prepare a profile and can directly start calling and sending emails to HR heads. Then you can speak to them and start fixing appointments. But to cater to their needs, you need to have a sufficient database of candidates. I am also planning to start the same; we can work together. If interested, you can call me at 09650273128.

Hi Sumati,
I hope by this time you must have established your consultancy. Also, I hope that it is running well. I would request if you can share your experience with me so that I may have some knowledge regarding a consultancy business.

Hi Sumati,
The first thing to be done is:
1. Designing your own recruitment website.
2. Making necessary registrations like company PAN card, certification of incorporation, etc.
3. Make a good PPT presentation of your company profile.
Once it is ready on paper, then you can start to hunt for HR heads through:
1. Job Portals (For both HR and candidates, look for various positions and try to contact the HR).
2. Effective presence + Placing ads on HR websites like:
- CiteHR
- HR Jobs, Forums, News for HR Community @ HR Link
- Human Resource Management | HR Training | Human Resource Development | Talent Management Training - National HRD Network, India
- Human Resources - Human Resource Management - HRM - Information Source
- Human Resources | HR management | HR Outsourcing | leadership skills development | what is performance management | employee compensation | recruitment articles
- HR Guru, Consulting, Training, and Specialty Staffing
- KnowledgeStorm - The Enterprise Software, Hardware, Services, and White Papers Resource
- HR World: The Latest News and Decision Guides in Human Resources
- ManagementParadise.com - Your MBA Online Degree Program and Management Students Forum for MBA, BMS, MMS, BMM, BBA, students and aspirants
- HR.COM - The Human Resources Social Network
- Human resources management website - HR.BLR.com
3. Presence on Linkedin/Update your profile.
4. Search for quality HR database.
Hope it will be helpful to you!
