We are planning to send our employees for a conference in the US next month for which we have already registered. The company is going to sponsor the trip and stay over there. I am looking for a sample sponsorship letter for visa purposes. It is quite urgent. Can any of you please reply with a sample sponsorship document?

I don't have a format, but I can assure you it's similar to the letter issued for travel, where the sponsorship clauses are mentioned, along with the details of the travels. It acts as a declaration for the employee's deployment at a different location. There are many formats contributed by the members in this community that can be your point of reference.
