I have a salary of Rs. 15,500. PF is deducted from my salary in the amount of Rs. 10,000. However, now I would like to request that PF not be deducted from my salary.
Is this possible? If yes, please provide me with the necessary clarification.

PF is deducted from your basic salary. You cannot stop your EPF contribution now. Only at the time of joining, if you fill out Form-11 and submit it to your employer, then you can stop your EPF contribution.

Dear Parimal, Once you become a PF member,it is mandtory for the meployer to deduct PF.Even if you chnage your job, the new employer will have to give you PF compiulosirly. Regards, Sumeet

Legally, it is not possible.
In papers, exit from this company for 3 months and work in a company where PF is not applicable, such as one with fewer than 10 employees. Then come back to your company, fill out Form No. 11 stating that no previous employer was deducting. Then it may be possible.
However, this is a paper adjustment, not a legal or correct way.

You can do so by filling Form 11, but it is not advisable; instead, you can decrease/restrict the deduction on your salary to Rs. 6,500 instead of Rs. 10,000. EPF and FPF are old-age funds for a person's family, and no individual is allowed to use the money fraudulently for any other purpose.
