Presently I am working in Gurgaon; I had left my previous company in 2006 (almost 6 yrs), the company was in Connaught Place, New Delhi..
After such a long period, can my PF account possible to settle, (I have my salary slip and PF account No. with me)…….my old company had shifted somewhere else. Even I do not know where the Old Company is now and I do not expect any support from them …
If anything can happen in this case, so please help me and guide me….

You need to fill out Form 19 and get it signed by your previous employer, then submit it to the PF office. It will take around 40 days to receive that amount from the date of submission.

You have to find out your Previous company as you need your previous company’s seal & signature, without that you cann’t submit your claim in PF office.

Sir,

I heard that if it is not possible to connect to the previous corporation or the old employee, then the employee can make a PF application directly to the PF department and verify themselves with any Notary Public.

Is this information correct?

Dear friend,
Since you know the name of your pre.employer, your PF A/c No.etc it is easy to trace your PE, go to your Regional Provident Commissioner's office of your jurisdiction and whatever references you have show them, they'll tell you whereabouts of your PE. Then you can file your final settlement or PF transfer application in the Form. If they are not doing anything you can submit these applications straight to the RPFC for necessary action. Do some searching right now.

Dear Friend,

You can get your PF amount even without the signature of your previous employer. You have to fill up Form 19 & 10B for the withdrawal of PF & FPF accumulations. Please notarize both forms and also obtain the signature of your Bank Manager where you want your PF amount to be deposited.

Since your PF account has been idle for the last 6 years and there has been no verification by your employer, you will need to submit a copy of your appointment letter to confirm your date of joining and a resignation acceptance letter to confirm your date of leaving with your employer.

All the above documents must be submitted to the Regional P.F. Commissioner of the area where your previous employer is registered. Rest assured, you will receive 100% of your accumulations.

With Regards,
RKB

Respected sir,

I have been working in a company for the last 9 years. Now, I am going to resign from this company and join another company. My present company is going to host a farewell party for me. What is my role in this party?

Thank you.

Dear Kailash,

Where are you, in the Netherlands? Amazing, yeah. So you are going to your farewell party. Your role is "the chief guest." It's simple (I don't know what is the practice in the Netherlands). A few of your colleagues will invite you to the dais; they will talk about your good things, sweet memories, and may present you with a memento. There may not be a garland, but a bouquet will be given to you. After that, they may ask you to speak; you may narrate sweet memories had in this company (you may read from a prepared note). Then, thank everybody in the order of your CEO, immediate bosses, colleagues. Thereafter, they would have arranged a cocktail party or snacks or dinner, etc. Finally, shake hands with all the gathering, thank them individually. Don't forget to hand over your charges properly and collect your No Due certificate and relieving letter. Be happy in the new company. Keep in touch with those friends consistently. All the best.
