This is my first post, so kindly help me become a master in HR. I WANT TO KNOW THE FOLLOWING TOPICS OF HR IN DETAIL: FULL & FINAL, SALARY BREAKUP, ETC. Can you suggest to me which course I should take to learn more about the above topics, or can I only acquire this knowledge through experience? I have started the PGDHRM Course at Symbiosis.

I think the above course is good. You will learn about salary and people management as part of the course.

Also, I would suggest you read more about 'employee self-service' (ESS) as it will help you learn real-life concepts.

I am working in the plastic industry manufacturing unit as an unorganised sector for the last 18 years as a Manager of Operations. They pay my salary in cash and have not provided any salary proof. I want to leave the job. My qualifications are B.Com, LLB, Diploma in Labour Law, and Labour Welfare. I have good knowledge of labour law. I am 40 years old. Please seniors, kindly advise me on what I should do in my future. I am totally confused about my career. I am not satisfied with my present job. I am interested in HR or Labour Law Compliance Executive roles. Please help.
