For HR Profile:
• Planning recruitment and selection processes and handling the overall recruitment cycle.
• Developing various Recruitment Strategies.
• Coordinating with vendors to organize drives and campus events.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, short-listing candidates, and selection processes.
• Mentally prepared for Bulk hiring.
• Have experience in bulk hiring.
• Checking references and suitability.
• Creating job descriptions.
• Portal Management.
• Daily MIS reporting.
• Taking care of the induction of new employees.
For Trainer Profile:
• Candidates should possess experience in the telecom and BPO industry.
• Should have excellent command over communication skills.
• Should have worked as a trainer (added advantage) or should have the zeal to be a trainer.
Requirements:

• Should be comfortable with Computers.
