Calculate as mentioned below:

Suppose the total working days in a year are 300 out of 365 (after deducting 52 Sundays and 13 other holidays). Your total strength is 309. So, 309 x 8 hrs = 2472 hrs/day. 2472 hrs x 300 days = 741,600 hrs/yr.
